Therefore, creating awareness about fraud and embedding anti-fraud procedures in your bank has significant impact on its sustainability and growth.
The increase in the incidences of fraud has led to loss of income, weakening of trust amongst employees and also affected the credibility and integrity of the banking industry. The need to prevent, detect and investigate fraud cases in banks is therefore crucial.
