Freetown Business School (FBS) is delighted to announce that we delivered a bespoke training course for Cordaid Sierra Leone employees on Procurement (BPN101 – Basic Procurement Principles). The course was delivered by renowned procurement expert, Franklin Ibemessie, over a two-day period on 7th and 9th August 2018.
The course was tailored specifically for the NGO sector and the topics addressed were centered around the basic principles of procurement, specifically compliance with Sierra Leone procurement legislation and regulations.
Cordaid employees were very happy to receive this training from FBS. At the closing and certificate ceremony, Angella Leslie-Jones (Finance Manager – Cordaid) stated that the delivery style of the Facilitator was of very high standard, as the sessions were very interactive and detailed. Finnah Koroma who is the Procurement Manager at Cordaid thanked FBS for the delivery of the course. She noted that the course will enable her improve the procurement systems of the organisation to ensure value for money is maximized.
