A course on Business Etiquette is vital for business leaders and executives in every sphere of life as in one way or another you have to interact with individuals and in order to fit in within the right society etc, one must have certain basic elements of business etiquette.

Business etiquette has seen some pretty drastic changes over the past 5-10 years. What were once considered appropriate mannerisms, proper work attire, and even normal working environments have evolved due to changing times and new technology.

For organisations and employees alike, recognizing the critical link between business protocol and profit, is key to your success. Learning how to confidently interact with colleagues in ways that make you and your whole organisation shine are of paramount importance.

Miatta D. EFE-OGHENE is currently the Group Managing Director of Imatrix101 Group. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Sociology from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.

She designed, executed and project managed the set-up of Elixir Marketing and Media, a subsidiary, and thereafter oversaw the management of the Group and its unit companies. An accomplished administrator, she has grown Imatrix101 Group profitably, established a shipping arm in addition to the Clearing and Forwarding aspect of the company, built strategic partnerships with both local and international organisations which have resulted in extensive growth and increased the share value of the Group as a whole over the last eight years.

Previously, she worked for several blue chip companies including British Airways, Honeywell and MoneyGram International in Nigeria for over ten years. She has served in various management capacities i.e. Brand Manager, Marketing Executive for Nigeria, Liberia, Ghana and Sierra Leone and gained a wealth of experience coupled with an excellent track record of delivering success whilst doing business in diverse and often challenging markets.
